Decline in domestic and commercial gas prices:

Both domestic and commercial gas cylinder prices have come down. The Union Cabinet has announced a subsidy of Rs 200 on domestic LPG cylinders. All domestic LPG users will benefit from this price reduction. There will be a double bang for the beneficiaries of PM Ujjwala Yojana. The people of this scheme were getting Rs 200 subsidy earlier. Now with an additional subsidy of Rs 200, you can get a cylinder at a lower price of Rs 400. Also, the price of 19 kg commercial gas cylinder has been reduced by Rs 158. Last date for exchange of two thousand notes

The deadline to exchange Rs 2,000 notes ends on September 30, 2023. In such a situation, after checking the list of bank holidays, exchange the Rs 2000 notes lying on you into cash at the nearest bank branch as soon as possible. Failure to do this may lead to problems after 30th September.

Last chance to update Aadhaar Card for free:

If you want to update your Aadhaar for free, you must complete this task by 14 September 2023. UIDAI has set a deadline of September 14 for free updating of Aadhaar. Earlier this facility was given only till June 14, later it was extended till September 14. You can update your Aadhaar related details without any charges till the specified date.

Changes in Credit Card Terms:

If you have Axis Bank’s Magnus Credit Card, there may be major changes in its terms and conditions from the month of September. According to the information provided on the bank’s website, customers will not be able to take advantage of the special discount on certain transactions from the month of September. Along with this, from September 1, new cardholders will pay an annual fee of Rs 12,500 instead of Rs 10000. Customers who make purchases up to Rs 25 lakh in an entire year are exempted from paying this annual fee.

This facility of SBI ends on September 30:

If you want to invest in State Bank of India’s WECARE scheme, you can do so only till the month of September. The investment deadline in this special scheme ends on September 30, 2023. Only senior citizens can avail this scheme of SBI. Under this scheme, senior citizens will get up to 7.50% interest for five years and above.

Last chance to link PAN and Aadhaar:

A big update has also come out in terms of PAN and Aadhaar card linking. If citizens do not link PAN-Aadhaar by the end of this month, after the month of September i.e. on October 1, 2023, their PAN card will be deactivated. If your PAN is not linked to Aadhaar it will affect your Demat account. In such a situation, it is important that you complete this pending work as soon as possible. Within the deadline you have to pay a fee of Rs 1,000 and link PAN and Aadhaar card.

Change in CNG and PNG prices:
