When you want to link Aadhaar to a ration card, make sure to have all the documents ready beforehand. Here is a list of the documents you need to submit to the PDS office or ration shop.

– Photocopies of Aadhaar cards of all family members

– Original and a photocopy of ration card

– A copy of the bank passbook if you have not linked your bank account with your Aadhaar card

– Passport size image of the head of a family

Step to Link Aadhaar with Ration Card Online:

Step 1: Visit the official website of the Public Distribution System (PDS)

Step 2: Select the option to link the ration card with Aadhaar

Step 3: Carefully enter your Ration card number, then your Aadhaar number

Step 4: Type your registered mobile number in its respective space

Step 5: Click on the “Submit”

Step 6: You will receive an OTP on the number you just put in

Step 7: Enter the OTP in its designated space

Step 8: Once the process is complete, you will receive a confirmation message.
