A single-member bench headed by Justice S.R. Krishna Kumar announced the reserved judgment after hearing a total of seven petitions filed by several individuals, including R. Eshwar of Chikkamagaluru, challenging the KEA order that the marks obtained in the PU examination by the students of the 2020-21 academic year will not be considered for admission to professional courses KCET Result 2022 in the year 2022.

Department Of Pre-University Education board Karnataka PUC mid holiday has been extended by one extra day on 13-10-2022. Thus all pre-degree colleges have been instructed to restart from 14-10-2022.
