Karnataka SSLC and 2nd PUC Exam Timetables Announced

KSEAB has released the tentative SSLC and II PUC Exam 1 and Exam 2 timetables for 2026–27. Check exam dates, timings and the October 22 deadline for objections.

The Karnataka School Examination and Assessment Board (KSEAB) has officially released the tentative timetables for the SSLC (Class 10) and II PUC (Class 12) Examination 1 and Examination 2 for the 2026–27 academic year. Karnataka SSLC and 2nd PUC Exam Timetables Announced.

In an official circular, the board has instructed the head teachers of all high schools and principals of pre-university colleges across the state to display the tentative timetables on their respective school and college notice boards to ensure that students are informed of the examination schedule.

Karnataka SSLC and 2nd PUC Exam Timetables:

The tentative schedule for the 2026–27 academic year is as follows:

II PUC Examination 1: February 27 to March 17, 2027.

SSLC Examination 1: March 22 to April 5, 2027.

II PUC Examination 2: May 3 to May 15, 2027.

SSLC Examination 2: May 24 to May 31, 2027.

Timings and Important Details:

II PUC Examinations: Most major subject examinations will be conducted from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, with a duration of three hours. For vocational subjects such as Information Technology and Automobile Technology, the examination will be held from 10:00 AM to 12:15 PM.

SSLC Examinations: The First Language and major core subject examinations will be conducted from 10:00 AM to 1:15 PM. This includes three hours for writing the examination and an additional 15 minutes to read the question paper. Second and Third Language examinations will take place from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, while examinations for NSQF subjects will be held from 10:00 AM to 12:15 PM.

Additional Time for Students with Disabilities: Students with disabilities will be provided with additional time based on the duration of the examination. For a three-hour examination, eligible students will receive an additional 60 minutes.

Students, parents and members of the public who have objections to the tentative examination timetables can submit their representations between October 8 and October 22, 2026. The board has provided a 15-day window for submitting objections.

The board has clarified that objections received after the deadline of October 22, 2026, will not be considered. Students are advised to review the tentative timetables carefully and submit any objections within the stipulated period.
