The news of veteran Bollywood actor Nana Patekar’s demise has left millions of Indians shocked. Several prominent personalities, including Prime Minister Narendra Modi, have expressed their condolences following the actor’s death. Details about Nana Patekar’s final moments have now gone viral.

According to reports, Nana Patekar sent an emergency message to his friends around 2:30 AM, but they did not see the message at that time. By the time his friends checked the message and reached his residence, the actor’s health condition had already deteriorated significantly.

Doctors made every possible effort to save him and performed CPR for nearly 45 minutes, but their attempts were unsuccessful, said Dr. Shekhar Salkar. Nana Patekar reportedly suffered a sudden health emergency at around 2:30 AM. He experienced chest pain and severe discomfort, following which he woke up and sent a message to his friends seeking help.

In the message, the actor reportedly informed them that he was experiencing pain on the left side of his chest and was feeling extremely unwell. However, as it was around 2:30 in the morning, his friends did not notice the message immediately.

After sending the message, Nana Patekar’s condition reportedly worsened. His friends noticed the message only around 4 AM and immediately tried to contact him. When they reached out, the actor was suffering from breathing difficulties, severe chest pain, and excessive sweating, Dr. Shekhar Salkar said.

His friends immediately called an ambulance and rushed to his residence. CPR was started at his home as Nana Patekar was unresponsive. The life-saving procedure was continued even while he was being taken to the hospital. Doctors performed CPR for nearly 45 minutes in an attempt to revive the actor, but he could not be saved, Dr. Shekhar said.
