CBSE Class 10 Maths Exam: Read important guidelines
More than 39 lakh students will take the CBSE Class 10 and 12 exams this year, with the Class 10 exams concluding on March 13. The Mathematics (Basic) paper carries a maximum of 80 marks, divided into various sections including MCQs, Short Answer.

Important Tips for Maths Exam:
Use bullet points: Unless this is an essay or literature-related question, use bullet points to present your answers. Highlight keywords and critical points for clarity.
Visual Aids: Draw tables, diagrams or flowcharts to explain answers effectively and save time. Visual aids can enhance understanding and make your answers stand out.
Organize your thoughts: Before writing answers, mentally formulate them to avoid confusion or repetition. Clear and concise language is important.
Use effective problem-solving techniques: Break down complex problems into small, manageable steps. Check your work as you go to catch any mistakes early on.
Time Management: Allow at least 15 minutes at the end to check and revise your answers. Prioritize questions based on marks and complexity.
