An audio viral case in which Basavarajendra, who was a school teacher of the Math, instigated the victim to file a false case against Murugha shree. Basavaprabhushree, the in-charge of Murugh Math, filed a complaint in Chitradurga rural police station in this regard on November 9.
The police registered a case and arrested Basavarajendra on November 10 and started interrogation. Basavarajendra was arrested that night. Now Basavarajan’s wife Saubhagya has been arrested. Earlier, the Chitradurga police had arrested the cooking helper of the Matt on the charge of inciting the girl to file a complaint against Murugha shree.
The woman, who had filed a second POCSO complaint against Murughashree, was interrogated by the police on November 10 and arrested on November 11.

An audio of a person calling the victim to lodge a false complaint against Muruga Sharan went viral on social media. The conversation for 14 minutes and 15 seconds and the caller not only encouraged the girl to file a false complaint but also lured her to help.
