Drug case: NCB said Found drug-related WhatsApp chats with actress on Aryan Khan’s phone

Bollywood star Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan, who was arrested and lodged in Arthur Road jail in Mumbai in connection with a drugs case, had discussed about the drugs with a debutant actress during the Mumbai cruise party, reported India Today.

The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) has submitted the WhatsApp chats of the discussion in the court, ahead of Aryan’s bail plea hearing. The report by India Today said Aryan and the actress were apparently discussing drugs during the Mumbai cruise party on October 2. Moreover, Aryan Khan’s chats with some drug peddlers have also been submitted in the court.

A Mumbai special NDPS court had reserved its order on bail application of Aryan Khan till October 20. After hearing heated arguments by the prosecution for the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) and the defence lawyers, Special Judge V.V. Patil kept his verdict on the bail pleas of Aryan Khan, Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha, who are among 20 nabbed so far in the sensational rave party raid of October 2, reserved till October 20.

After alleging that Aryan Khan was prima facie involved in “illicit drug trafficking, procuring and distribution of contraband”, and having links with some international persons, the NCB said he was a “regular consumer” of drugs. It said that though no drugs were recovered from him, Aryan Khan was in “conscious possession” of the contraband as he is linked with Merchant, from whom 6 gms charas was found and Aachit Kumar from whom 2.6 gms ganja was recovered.
