iQOO Z11 Debuts with Record 9020mAh Battery, 50MP Camera, and 90W Fast Charging

iQOO has officially launched its latest smartphone, the iQOO Z11, aiming to redefine midrange devices with a massive 9020mAh battery, which the company calls the Blue Ocean Battery, making it the largest ever in an iQOO device. Along with the high-capacity battery, the phone supports 90W wired fast charging and reverse charging for added convenience.
The device features a large 6.83 inch AMOLED display with 1.5K resolution and a peak brightness of 5000 nits. Gamers will appreciate the 165Hz refresh rate, 2160Hz PWM dimming, DC dimming support, and low-latency performance for smooth gameplay.
Under the hood, the iQOO Z11 is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8500 chipset built on a second generation 4nm process. It incorporates an over-core engine to efficiently manage background tasks while keeping performance steady. The phone also includes a 7K Ice Dome VC liquid cooling system to prevent overheating during intensive use. iQOO claims the phone has achieved a benchmark score exceeding 2.06 million, reflecting its strong processing capabilities.
Photography is handled by a dual rear camera setup featuring a 50MP primary lens with OIS and a 2MP depth sensor. The device supports 4K video recording, while a 16MP front camera handles selfies.
Storage and memory options are generous, with up to 16GB LPDDR5X RAM and 512GB of internal storage. The phone runs OriginOS 6 based on Android 16 and offers modern connectivity features including Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, and NavIC. Security is handled through an in-display fingerprint scanner, and the device comes with IP68 and IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance.
On the software side, the phone integrates OriginOS enhancements that complement the hardware, ensuring smooth multitasking, gaming, and media consumption. For sound, the iQOO Z11 includes stereo speakers to enhance audio experiences.
Pricing in the domestic Chinese market starts at 2299 yuan for the 8GB + 256GB variant, while the 16GB + 512GB version is priced at 3399 yuan. The phone is available through iQOO’s official website with discounts currently running in China.
