Big Twist in Renukaswamy Murder Case: Darshan’s Lawyer Makes Last-Minute Legal Move

In a dramatic last-minute twist in the Renukaswamy murder case, actor Darshan’s legal team has moved the court just a day before the scheduled recording of approver witness Pradosh Rao’s statement.

Darshan’s lawyers have filed an application before the 59th Sessions Court, seeking a one-week postponement of Pradosh’s statement. They informed the court that they intend to challenge the High Court’s order before the Supreme Court and therefore requested additional time before the statement is recorded.

The application was submitted before the 59th City Civil and Sessions Court (CCH), which has scheduled the hearing on the plea for 2:45 PM.

Pradosh Rao, accused No. 14 in the Renukaswamy murder case, had earlier agreed to cooperate with the investigation by turning an approver. His decision to become a prosecution witness has already drawn significant attention.

The Sessions Court accepted Pradosh’s plea for pardon and approved him as a prosecution witness. Following this, the court fixed September 28 for the recording of his statement.
