Karnataka Rain Alert as Nine Districts May Receive Thunderstorms Today

Karnataka is likely to experience a mixed weather pattern today, September 14, with the Indian Meteorological Department forecasting thunderstorms, lightning and moderate rain in several parts of the southern interior region. Bengaluru is also among the areas that could receive showers during the day.

The southwest monsoon has weakened, but weather conditions remain favourable for isolated rainfall in parts of the state. The forecast suggests that some areas could see moderate showers accompanied by thunder and lightning, while several other districts are expected to remain dry.
