KSOU Opens Exam Fee Payment for Students From 2021 to 2026
KSOU has allowed eligible students from the 2021 to 2022 through 2025 to 2026 academic years to pay examination fees, with September 18 set as the deadline.

The Karnataka State Open University has issued a notification allowing eligible students from several academic batches to pay their examination fees. The facility covers students admitted between the 2021 to 2022 and 2025 to 2026 academic years under specified July and January admission periods.
Students who joined non CBCS courses during the July admission periods from 2021 to 2022 to 2025 to 2026 are eligible to use the fee payment facility. The opportunity is also available to students enrolled in CBCS undergraduate and postgraduate programmes through the July and January admission periods during the same academic years.
The university has fixed September 18 as the final date for students to pay their examination fees without any penalty. Those who miss the regular deadline will still have an additional opportunity to complete the payment.
Students can pay the examination fee with a late charge of 200 rupees until September 25. The university has advised eligible students to complete the payment within the applicable deadline rather than waiting until the final days.
The announcement is particularly relevant for students from older admission batches who may still need to complete examination related formalities. Since the notification covers multiple academic years and different course categories, students are advised to check whether their programme and admission period fall within the specified eligibility conditions.
Students requiring further clarification can contact the Regional Director of KSOU Bengaluru Regional Centre 01. The centre is located on the first floor of the KSRTC Satellite Bus Station on Mysore Road in Bapujinagar, Bengaluru.
The regional centre can also be contacted by telephone for additional information regarding the examination fee payment process. Students are advised to confirm the relevant details before completing their payment, particularly if they belong to an older admission batch.
With the September 18 deadline approaching, eligible KSOU students should complete the examination fee payment on time to avoid the additional 200 rupee charge. Students who cannot complete the payment by that date will have until September 25 under the late fee provision.
The notification provides an opportunity for students from several academic batches to complete an important examination related requirement. Those covered by the announcement can use the extended window to ensure that their examination formalities are completed within the dates announced by the university.
