Vivo Y600 Turbo Debuts With Massive 9020mAh Battery and Snapdragon Power
Vivo has officially launched the Y600 Turbo with a huge 9020mAh battery, Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 chipset, AMOLED display, fast charging support and flagship inspired durability features for users.

Vivo has officially introduced the new Y600 Turbo smartphone in China, bringing one of the biggest batteries ever seen in the midrange smartphone segment. The company has positioned the device as a performance focused model packed with premium features, long battery life and enhanced durability.
The biggest talking point of the Vivo Y600 Turbo is undoubtedly its massive 9020mAh battery. Vivo claims the battery has been designed to maintain up to 80 percent health even after 1200 charging cycles, highlighting the company’s focus on long term usage. To complement the large battery, the smartphone also supports 90W wired fast charging, allowing users to recharge the device much faster despite the huge capacity.
Interestingly, Vivo has managed to keep the phone relatively slim even with such a large battery inside. The device measures just 8.29mm in thickness and weighs around 215 grams, which is considered impressive for a smartphone carrying a battery of this size.
The Vivo Y600 Turbo features a 6.83 inch AMOLED display with a 1.5K resolution of 2800×1260 pixels. The screen supports a 120Hz refresh rate for smoother scrolling and gaming performance. Vivo has also included up to 5000 nits peak brightness, making outdoor visibility significantly better under bright sunlight conditions.
To improve eye comfort during extended usage, the company has added 4320Hz high frequency PWM dimming support. The display is capable of showing 1.07 billion colors, offering a more vibrant viewing experience for videos, games and daily content consumption.
Powering the smartphone is Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 chipset built on a 4nm process. Vivo has paired the processor with up to 12GB RAM and 512GB internal storage. Graphics handling is managed by the Adreno 810 GPU, which should help deliver stable gaming and multimedia performance. The phone ships with Android 16 based OriginOS 6 out of the box.
On the camera front, Vivo has equipped the Y600 Turbo with a 50 megapixel primary rear sensor along with a 2 megapixel depth sensor. The rear camera setup supports 4K video recording and includes electronic image stabilization for smoother footage. For selfies and video calls, the smartphone comes with an 8 megapixel front camera, which also supports EIS stabilization.
Vivo has also focused heavily on durability and connectivity features. The phone comes with IP68 and IP69 ratings, offering strong protection against dust and water exposure. Connectivity options include 5G, WiFi 6, Bluetooth 5.2 and NFC support. The device also includes an in display fingerprint scanner and reverse wired charging functionality.
The company has launched the Vivo Y600 Turbo in three color options including Dune Gold, Electric Blue and Millennium Pink. The smartphone is currently available through Vivo’s official channels in China.
Pricing for the base 8GB RAM and 256GB storage variant starts at 2299 Yuan, which roughly converts to around Rs 32500. The 12GB and 256GB version has been priced at 2599 Yuan, while the top end 12GB and 512GB model costs 2899 Yuan.
With its oversized battery, premium display specifications and strong durability ratings, the Vivo Y600 Turbo appears aimed at users who want a phone capable of lasting longer without compromising on modern smartphone features.
