Red Magic 11S Pro Series Debuts With 50MP Camera and Advanced Gaming Features

Red Magic has officially expanded its gaming smartphone lineup with the launch of the new Red Magic 11S Pro series in China. The latest lineup includes the Red Magic 11S Pro and Red Magic 11S Pro Plus, both designed to deliver flagship level gaming performance along with upgraded cooling systems, large batteries and premium display technology.

The newly launched smartphones are aimed at users who demand high speed gaming performance and smoother multitasking experiences. Red Magic has focused heavily on thermal management and graphics optimization in the latest series to improve long gaming sessions without overheating issues.

Both smartphones feature a large 6.85 inch 1.5K OLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate and an impressive 95.3 percent screen to body ratio. The display is expected to offer fluid visuals and responsive touch controls, making it suitable for competitive gaming and multimedia consumption.

Powering the Red Magic 11S Pro series is Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 Leading Version processor. The company has also included its in house Red Core R4 gaming chip that is designed to enhance frame interpolation, graphics rendering, touch response and overall gaming performance. This additional chip is expected to provide smoother gameplay and better optimization for demanding mobile titles.

One of the standout highlights of the series is the advanced cooling technology. Red Magic has combined liquid and air cooling systems to manage heat efficiently during extended gaming sessions. The setup includes a redesigned liquid cooling channel, a 24000RPM cooling fan and a new 43 blade internal fan structure. The cooling fan supports IPX8 water resistance, while the smartphones themselves also carry an IPX8 rating.

In the camera department, the Red Magic 11S Pro lineup features a 50 megapixel primary rear camera. For selfies and video calls, users get a 16 megapixel front facing camera. While gaming remains the primary focus of the series, the company has also attempted to deliver a balanced smartphone experience with capable camera hardware.

The Red Magic 11S Pro packs a massive 8000mAh battery with support for 80W wired fast charging. Meanwhile, the higher end Red Magic 11S Pro Plus comes with a slightly smaller 7500mAh battery but supports faster 120W wired charging along with 80W wireless charging support. The Pro Plus variant also includes a full liquid cooling module for enhanced thermal efficiency.

For security, the smartphones are equipped with an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner. Connectivity options include Wi Fi 7, NFC, infrared remote control support and a 3.5mm headphone jack, a feature still appreciated by many gaming users. Another notable addition is Steam Direct connectivity, allowing users to access supported PC games directly through the built in gaming space.

Red Magic has introduced the smartphones in multiple storage configurations. The Red Magic 11S Pro with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage is priced at 5499 yuan, which is roughly Rs 73222. The Red Magic 11S Pro Plus starts at 6199 yuan for the 12GB RAM and 256GB storage model. The 16GB RAM and 512GB storage version is priced at 6999 yuan, while the top end 16GB RAM and 1TB storage variant costs 7999 yuan.

With aggressive specifications and dedicated gaming focused features, the Red Magic 11S Pro series is expected to compete strongly in the premium gaming smartphone segment. The company appears to be targeting users who want flagship level performance, immersive displays and efficient cooling systems packed into a single device.
