Xiaomi Introduces Smart Gas Stove with App Control and High Heat Output
New smart kitchen appliance from Xiaomi combines powerful burners, advanced safety systems and app based controls offering users a modern cooking experience with enhanced convenience efficiency and remote monitoring features

Expanding its presence in the smart home segment, Xiaomi has unveiled a new connected kitchen appliance that blends traditional cooking with modern technology. The newly launched Mijia Gas Stove 3C brings app based controls, strong heat output and multiple safety features into a single device.
At the core of the product is its performance focused design. The stove features a dual burner setup, with each burner capable of delivering up to 5200W heat output. This makes it suitable for high flame cooking techniques such as stir frying, where consistent and intense heat is essential. The company has also included an improved burner structure that helps distribute flames evenly, ensuring faster and more efficient cooking.
What sets this appliance apart is its integration with smart technology. Through the Mi Home app, users can monitor and control certain functions remotely. The system can send alerts if the stove is left on, along with notifications for low battery levels. It can also sync with compatible kitchen ventilation systems to automatically adjust airflow during cooking.
Safety has been given significant attention in this model. The stove includes a flame failure protection mechanism that cuts off the gas supply if the flame accidentally goes out. In addition, pulse ignition support and improved thermal efficiency of around 65 percent contribute to both reliability and energy savings.
The design also reflects durability and ease of use. A reinforced multi layer glass panel has been used on the surface, built with materials aimed at improving resistance to heat and impact. The removable burner components make cleaning simpler, while the adjustable structure allows the unit to fit into different kitchen setups without major modifications.
In terms of pricing, the product has been introduced in China at a competitive range, with initial offers making it more accessible to early buyers. It is currently listed on Xiaomi’s Youpin platform, along with a five year warranty for added assurance.
Despite the innovation, the chances of this smart gas stove reaching markets like India remain uncertain for now, as Xiaomi has yet to expand its home appliance lineup significantly in those regions. Still, the launch signals a growing push toward connected kitchens where everyday appliances are becoming smarter and more responsive to user needs.
