Xiaomi has launched its latest kitchen innovation, the Mijia Smart IH Rice Cooker P1 4L, in the Chinese market. Designed to simplify rice cooking without gas, the cooker uses induction heating technology to ensure even heat distribution, delivering consistent results across all rice types. Its 1.2x pressure cooking system allows the internal temperature to reach up to 105 degrees Celsius, which improves water absorption, softens the grains, and enhances flavor and texture.
The Mijia Smart IH Rice Cooker P1 4L comes with a durable 2.5-millimeter-thick titanium body, featuring a fluorine-free non-stick coating for easier cleaning. The pot is crafted with melt titanium processing, combined with food-grade stainless steel, titanium particles, a crystal protective layer, and an aluminum heat conduction layer, ensuring robust performance and longevity. The cooker also includes a stainless steel inner lid, an LED display, and marked water levels for various types of food.
