Xiaomi has expanded its smart home lineup with the launch of a new high capacity dishwasher designed for modern kitchens. The Mijia Smart Dishwasher Pro brings a mix of automation, strong cleaning performance and large load handling, targeting households that deal with heavy daily utensil usage.
One of the standout aspects of the new dishwasher is its ability to clean up to 130 dishes in a single cycle. Built as an 18 set capacity appliance, it is equipped with a three layer rack system that allows users to organize different types of utensils efficiently. The design has been tailored to accommodate varied dish sizes, making it suitable for diverse cooking styles.
The company has focused heavily on cleaning performance. The dishwasher uses a multi directional spray mechanism combined with a five stage vortex wash system. This setup is aimed at reaching corners and tight spaces where residue often remains. Powered by a dual frequency motor, the machine delivers strong water pressure to ensure thorough cleaning even for heavily soiled items.
Temperature control is another key feature. The appliance can operate at high heat levels, helping remove grease and sanitize utensils effectively. This makes it particularly useful for households that prioritize hygiene along with convenience. In addition, an automatic door opening system helps release moisture after the wash cycle, allowing dishes to dry faster without manual intervention.
For users in a hurry, the dishwasher includes a quick wash and dry mode that completes the process in under an hour. At the same time, multiple wash programs are available to handle different cleaning needs, from lightly used plates to heavily stained cookware.

Currently launched in China, the Mijia Smart Dishwasher Pro is priced at around 6999 yuan, which roughly translates to about Rs 97000. With its combination of large capacity, automation and smart features, the product reflects Xiaomi’s continued push into connected home appliances, aiming to make everyday tasks more efficient and less time consuming.
