Don’t worry when the photos that you have been saving for a long time get deleted. Instead try to use the available opportunities to recover deleted photos. If your photos are saved in cloud storage, even if they are deleted on mobile, they will remain in cloud storage. Following are the steps you need to follow if once it is not even there.

Follow these steps to restore deleted photos:
If you are an iPhone user and your photos have been deleted, you need to go to the Photos app first. In this you can open the album tab, then select the photos you want to restore by scrolling down to file the ‘Recently Deleted’ album section. Now if you click on recover the deleted photos will be restored.
If you want to restore photos through iCloud, search iCloud.com/Photos. If you’re signed in to iCloud Photos with an Apple ID, you’ll see a sidebar. In this you will find ‘Recently Deleted’ folder. If it is checked, the media files will be displayed according to date wise. In this you can select the photos you want and restore them.

If the photo is deleted in Google Photos, do this to restore:
No need to worry if your photos in Google Photos are deleted. For this first you open Google Photos. In this you will see ‘Library’ button on the lower right side of the main page. Tap on it and the ‘Trash’ option will appear. In this you will see all your recently deleted photos and videos. If you long press on the photo you want, you will see the restore button. You can easily restore deleted photos if you tap the restore button.
One thing to note here is that Google Photos can hold up to 1.5GB of data in your Trash folder. If more files are added it will delete the files permanently. So it is recommended that you clear the Google Photos trash from time to time.
