– Make sure WhatsApp is updated to the latest version
– Open WhatsApp on the phone
– Open Settings by tapping on the three vertical dots at the top right
– Click on ‘Accounts’ which appears when you look down
– Click on ‘Add Account’, give permission on the next button.
– Then enter your phone number, press ‘Next’
– Follow the next instructions on the screen

How to view messages from another account?
When a message is received, the app will show the number to which the message was received in the notification itself. But if you set different notification sounds for both WhatsApp accounts, it is possible to know from which the message came without looking at the phone.
As soon as the notification is touched you can directly go to the WhatsApp of the respective account. Otherwise, if you go to Settings as mentioned earlier in an already open WhatsApp, you will see an option called ‘Switch Accounts’ below. Can continue using it. This way, there is no need to carry two or two mobile phones just for WhatsApp.
Even before WhatsApp introduced this new feature of twin accounts, many mobile phone manufacturing companies had facilitated the installation of another app of major social networking sites under the names Clone, Duplicate, Parallel or Twin etc.
