Alert for Google Chrome users: In a recent alert issued by the Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT-In) in India, users of the popular web browser, Google Chrome, have been warned of high risk. According to official government information, critical bugs present in some versions of the browser are highlighted. This will allow hackers to take control of your computer.

The bugs identified by CERT-In stem from a variety of sources, including heap buffer overflow in WebP, improper implementations in custom tabs, prompts, inputs, picture-in-picture and interstitials, and improper policy enforcement.
