There will be heavy rain for 2 days in some areas of the interior districts of the state. Rainfall will increase from 13th to 15th. A three-day yellow alert has been announced for Shivamogga, Chikkamagaluru, Hassan and Kodagu districts in the hills.

Other places such as Bagalkote, Belgavi, Dharwad, Gadag, Vijayapura, Chamarajanagar, Chikkamagaluru, Hassan, Kodagu, Mandya, Mysuru, Ramanagara, Shivamogga, Tumkur will receive heavy rain.

Also heavy rain in Mangaluru, Kolluru, Shahpur, Karwar, Shirali, Janmane, Kundapur, Panambur, Mangaluru Airport, Udupi, Kurdi, Manvi, Davangere, Yugati, Kottigehara, Kudligi, Kottur, Manki, Kumata, Gokarna, Belikeri, Ankola, Siddapur, Puttur, Subrahmanya , Uppinangadi, Balki, Hoskote, Channagiri, Bhagamandal, Kammaradi.

The weather department has indicated that there will be rain in Channapatna, Harpanahalli, Gerusoppa, Castlerock, Shirahatti, Chittapura, Chincholi, Sedam, Napoklu, Virajpet, Kalasa, Kaduru, Linganamakki.
