Ration Card Update date extend: Here is districtwide extend date

Ration Card Amendment Date Extension: The food department pf Karnataka has given good news to those who were struggling for ration card amendment due to server problem. Your APL and BPL card amendment date has been extended. Here is the information in which districts the amendment will be made.

The deadline for ration card amendment in Karnataka has been extended again. New dates are fixed and may be amended accordingly. Earlier, amendment was allowed in three stages from October 5 to 13. The Food Supply and Civil Supplies Department has taken this action in the background of facing server problems in many places for correction. The department issued a circular in this regard on Monday.

Ration Card Update is allowed only in problem districts:

The ration card update has not been extended to all districts. Allowance has been given to the respective districts in which server was a problem during the amendment. The food department said that the time has been extended in view of the request for more time for BPL and APL card correction.

The date has been extended only for the districts which were allowed in the 2nd and 3rd phase for ration card amendment. Now update available for servers 2 and 3 districts. They can amend at Bangalore One, Karnataka One, Gram One centers on the scheduled dates.

On October 16, 17 and 18 in Bagalkote, Belgavi, Chamarajpet, Chikmagalur, Dakshina Kannada, Dharwad, Gadag, Hassan, Haveri, Kodagu, Mandya, Mysuru, Udupi, Uttara Kannada, Vijayapur districts from 10 AM to 7 PM.
On October 19, 20, 21 in Davangere, Bellary, Bidar, Chikkaballapur, Chitradurga, Kalaburagi, Kolar, Koppal, Raichur, Ramanagara, Shivamogga, Tumkur, Yadgiri, Vijayanagar districts, correction is allowed from 10 am to 7 pm.

A total of 70,000 applications were received during the amendment period from October 5 to 13, and the food department is already reviewing the applications. Officials said that the card will be issued only if the documents provided are correct.

The ration card holders had to face a lot of trouble to get their ration card amended. Although the food department had issued a circular asking them to make corrections within three days, the work could not be done due to the server problem. The ration holders started crying over this. In some districts, the public had to go back without amending their card even after three days.

Hundreds of people are coming in front of Gram One and Kalaburagi One in the villages as there is a change of ration card in front of Gram One, Kalaburagi One. But the representatives of the service center said that even 10% of the ration cards could not be amended.
