Nandini Milk price will increase Rs 3 per litre soon

The Karnataka Milk Federation (KMF), a dairy cooperative under the brand name Nandini, has proposed to the Basavaraj Bommai-led government in the state to raise the price of milk by Rs. 3 a litre, owing to a rise in input costs in the dairy industry. Nandini Milk price will increase Rs 3 per litre soon.

The price of Nandini milk will increase soon. Karnataka Milk Federation KMF President Balachandra Jarakiholi has given instructions to increase by 3 rupees per litre. 16 milk unions of the state have submitted a proposal for price revision. In the current situation, price hike is inevitable. Therefore, we will take a decision on milk price hike in the general meeting of KMF.

 Jarakiholi said that the government will also give permission to increase the price of milk. Farmers will get the full amount of price revision. In the current price of milk in the state, the farmers are getting Rs 28 per litre, and a total of Rs 33 is being given including Rs 5 incentive. If the price increases by three rupees, the farmers will get 36 rupees per litre.

The basic price of milk will be increased by three rupees and the incentive will be five rupees. Nandini Mriddhi Purple Color Packet Price Rs.46, Shubham-Saffron Packet: Rs.43, Orange Packet (Homogenized Cow Milk) Rs.41, Green Packet Milk (Homogenized Tone Milk) Rs.38, Blue Packet Milk (Toned Milk) Rs 37.

Once the price of milk increases, the price of all types of milk will increase. The state government had not made up its mind to increase the rates earlier. Now the KMF is going to increase the price of milk in the name of farmers.
