The North Indian Ocean weather system is disturbed and due to this, parts of South India are likely to suffer due to unseasonable rains in the coming days. Heavy Rainfall are likely over South India due to adverse sea surface temperatures and other weather extremes.

The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has reported a low pressure current over the Southeast Arabian Sea, near the West Equatorial Indian Ocean.
