Ayushman cards of the government’s ambitious scheme named Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Janarogya Yojana (PMJY) Chief Minister Health Karnataka can be availed by the public by registering the cards on their Android mobiles. Ayushman Bharat Card 2024: Download from your mobile now.

These cards can avail free treatment cost facility for 1650 different surgical procedures up to Rs 5 lakh per annum for BPL families and up to 1.5 lakh per annul for APL families in well-equipped government or registered private hospitals. To get the cards they can get the cards by registering on their mobile (android mobile) with BPL and APL card and Aadhaar card.

How to Register:

PMJY Beneficiary Portal open official website. When the portal is opened, the Beneficiary should be selected at the login as prompt. After that they have to enter their mobile number and login through OTP. PMJY portal will open after registering and submitting the OTP. Here the public should search by entering their Aadhaar number by entering Karnataka in their state, Bellary in district or selecting their home district and family in claim type.

Pradhan Mantri Janarogya Yojana (PMJY) Beneficiary Portal will appear. When the portal is opened, the Beneficiary should be selected at the login as prompt. After that they have to enter their mobile number and login through OTP. PMJY portal will open after registering and submitting the OTP. Here the public should search by entering their Aadhaar number by entering Karnataka in their state, Bellary in district or selecting their home district and family in claim type.

If the PMJY-CM Arogya Karnataka Card is linked to any other Scheme Enrollment (e-KYC) then the card generation will be directly displayed on the portal as Verified already. If someone else has not registered the card for the scheme (if you don’t have e-KYC) you can get the card by doing e-KYC through Aadhaar OTP.

Most importantly, every family must have APL or BPL ration card to get Ayushman Bharat card. Ration cards should be linked with Aadhaar number. The public can avail the cards of Ayushman Bhavah Arogya Karnataka Yojana, an ambitious scheme of the government, through their smart phones at no cost. District Health Officer Dr. Ramesh Babu said that if there is any technical problem, they can visit the nearest government hospital and get information.
