A yellow alert has been announced for all coastal districts for 3 days only. There will be a yellow alert for the last 3 days only for some districts in the northern hinterland and there will be a yellow alert for 5 days for almost all the districts in the southern hinterland.
And the India Metrological Department said Karnataka Heavy Rainfall yellow alert has been announced for Bengaluru for next 3 days from today. Coastal and mountainous areas too. Coastal districts like Udupi, Uttara Kannada, Dakshina Kannada are likely to experience strong winds.
