Gruha Lakshmi Scheme: These people will not get money today

The Gruha Lakshmi Scheme, which is one of the important projects of the Karnataka State Government, will be launched today. Already more than one crore women have registered their names for the scheme. It is not possible to say that even all the women who have applied for this scheme are getting the money today.

Even such women do not get Rs 2000 per month through Gruha Lakshmi Scheme. So let’s see who will benefit from this scheme and who will not. Senior Congress leader Rahul Gandhi will launch the Gruha Lakshmi Scheme in Mysuru. Through this, the money will be directly deposited into the account of women selected for the scheme.

Many leaders including Karnataka CM Siddaramaiah , Women and Child Welfare Minister Lakshmi Hebbalkar, DCM DK Shivakumar, AICC President Mallikarjun Kharge will participate in the programme. The project is being telecasted by installing LED screens in the Municipal Corporation, Municipal Council, Municipality, Town Panchayat and Gram Panchay of Karnataka state.

The Congress party had announced five guarantees before the elections. But the implementation of the Gruha Lakshmi Scheme project was delayed due to technical problems. Already more than 1.10 crore women in the state have registered their names for the Gruha Lakshmi Scheme. The state government has earmarked Rs 17,500 crore for the project. About 1.25 crore women in the state will benefit from this scheme and about Rs 32,000 crore will be allocated annually for this scheme.

First of all, only 1 Women from the Family is eligible to register for the scheme.

Women who belong to BPL or Antyodaya Category are eligible to apply online.

You must not be in the Government Service or your family Income must be below than Rs 2 Lakh per annum.

Women Taxpayers or if their husband pay taxes are not eligible for the scheme.
