Gruha Lakshmi Scheme: Rs 2000 to women’s account, official order issued

Karnataka Gruha Lakshmi Scheme is a flagship program to empower and strengthen the women of the state. It was introduced by the state Congress president and DCM DK Shivakumar before the 2023 Assembly elections. Gruha Lakshmi Scheme: Rs 2000 to women’s account, official order issued.

Under this scheme, financial support of Rs 2000 per month will be provided to women who are the head of their households. Housewives, landless women, and agricultural workers women are eligible to avail the benefits of this scheme

An in-principle order has been issued by the Karnataka government to implement the Gruha Lakshmi Scheme. In this way, Rs 2000 is guaranteed to fall into the bank account of every house owner in the state of Karnataka every month from the government.

In the first Cabinet meeting under the leadership of Chief Minister Siddaramaiah, five promises made by the Congress have been approved in principle. BM Chandrasekhar, Joint Secretary government Department of Women and Child Development, Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities and Senior Citizens has issued a principle order to implement Gruha Lakshmi Scheme.

As per the order letter Rs 2000 per month to the female head of the family of Karnataka state. In-principle approval has been given to implement the Gruha Lakshmi Scheme. Detailed outline and guidelines of this scheme will be issued separately. This order was issued as per Cabinet decision held on May 20.

The terms and conditions of the scheme will be known in the coming days. An in-principle order from the state government to implement Yuva Nidhi Yojana. An in-principle order has been issued by the state government to implement Yuva Nidhi Yojana. Rs 3000 per month for the unemployed graduates who have passed in the year 2022-23 in the state.

And Rs 1500 per month for the unemployed with diploma. The government has given in-principle approval and ordered the implementation of Yuva Nidhi Yojana which provides unemployment allowance. Unemployment allowance is paid for a period of up to two years upon finding a job. Detailed terms and conditions for implementation of this scheme will be issued separately, the order said.
