Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah emphasizes that this scheme will offer a helping hand to women, enabling them to purchase necessary items for their well-being. The scheme is inclusive in its approach, extending its benefits to both Above Poverty Line (APL) and Below Poverty Line (BPL) families.

This Scheme Registration is a simple and straightforward process that allows eligible individuals to sign up for the scheme. It offers an opportunity for eligible individuals to access financial support and other resources to improve their quality of life. In press conference when asked about the implementation of the Gruha Lakshmi Scheme, DK Shivakumar said, “We are ready to implement the Gruha Lakshmi Yojana.”

In Seva Sindhu not more than 200 applications can be received daily. There is only one gram one in each panchayat. There are two and a half thousand families in this area. Therefore, women are kept in queues and corruption is not allowed there. They will be allowed to submit their application themselves.

This process will be done transparently even if it is a little late. Applications will be invited through online. A separate app can be created for this. Everyone will be allowed to submit their application through their own smartphone,” he said.

Steps by step guide to Register Gruha Lakshmi Scheme:

Step 1: Visit the official website of the Seva Sindhu Portal.

Step 2: Log in using your email address and the OTP received on your email ID.

Step 3: If you are a first-time user, click on the “New User” tab and register by providing your Aadhaar number.

Step 4: Fill in all the required fields and complete the login process.

Step 5: Look for the Gruha Lakshmi Yojana registration tab on the website.

Step 6: Click on the tab to download the registration form for the Karnataka Gruha Lakshmi Yojana.

Step 7: Fill in all the necessary details related to the consumer/applicant and attach the required documents as mentioned in the form.

Step 8: Finally, submit the completed form either at one of the Karnataka government One Centres or at the child development office.

Documents Required to Register Gruha Lakshmi Scheme:

1. Aadhaar card: Your Aadhaar card is required as a proof of identification.

2. Ration card: You will need to provide your ration card as a proof of residency and eligibility.

3. Address proof: Any document that serves as a valid proof of your residential address, such as a utility bill or a driving license.

4. Domicile certificate: This certificate verifies your domicile status in the state of Karnataka.

5. Bank account details: You need to provide the details of your bank account where the financial assistance will be deposited.
