We have instructed the officials to make some changes. Earlier they were allowed to apply in Bangalore One, Karnataka One, Grama One. Now, in addition to this, it is allowed to apply at the Bapuji Seva Kendra in the Gram Panchayat. As a result, there is a delay in submitting the application, said Lakshmi Hebbalkar Minister of Women and Child Welfare .

Talking to the media near Gaurigadde Ashram in Chikkamagaluru, he said that we are starting a public representative to reach the door to door of the government scheme. As of now the authorities are developing the software/application. Application process will start very soon. He said that the money will reach the house owner’s account on August 17 or 18.

Gruha Lakshmi Scheme Eligibility:

Only the residents of Karnataka state can apply for the Karnataka Gruha Lakshmi Scheme.

The Scheme is only benefiting one woman per family.

The scheme does not benefit any women who are government employees.

A taxpayer woman will be not eligible to take benefit of this scheme.

The scheme is also not eligible for those women whose husbands are paying taxes or filing GST returns.

The scheme’s benefits will be provided to women who are identified as the head of the family on their BPL, Antyodaya, and APL ration cards.

Applying candidates must not have a Family annual income of more than 2 lakhs.

The scheme is only available for domestic women.

How to Apply for Gruha Lakshmi Application Form on Seva Sindhu Portal

Step 1: First of all, access the official website of Seva Sindhu Portal i.e., sevasindhu.karnataka.gov.in

Step 2: Enter your email address and Login your account.

Step 3: You will receive it on your given mobile number.

Step 4: If you are a new user then you have to press the “New User” option.

Step 5: Tap on Register Here button and provide your Adhaar Card Number and other details.

Step 6: Once you have login successfully, then find out the “ Karnataka Gruha Lakshmi Scheme” link.

Step 7: The last date to apply for this scheme is the 15th of July 2023.

Step 8: Now, submit the personal details and important documents.

Step 9: Press the hit button and download the application form.

Step 10: Take a printout for later use.
