BPL Card Holder Bad news here: Government issued Order to cancel these cards
It has been reported that the food department has decided to cancel the BPL ration card of those who have not received ration for 6 months.
Karnataka government give bad news to BPL card holders. It has come to know that some people have not received ration for the last 6 months and the food department has given a shock to such people and the food department has decided to suspend the ration cards of those who have not received the ration.
The food department has decided to cancel the cards of those who do not get their ration every month. Currently, the food department has once again allowed the addition and correction of names in the ration card including BPL and APL card.
In the wake of server problems in many districts of the state, the state government has once again allowed the ration card holders to add/correct names from October 16 to 21 from 10 am to 7 pm. The food department pf Karnataka has given good news to those who were struggling for ration card amendment due to server problem.

Your APL and BPL card amendment date has been extended. Here is the information in which districts the amendment will be made. The deadline for ration card amendment in Karnataka has been extended again. New dates are fixed and may be amended accordingly. Earlier, amendment was allowed in three stages from October 5 to 13.
The Food Supply and Civil Supplies Department has taken this action in the background of facing server problems in many places for correction. The department issued a circular in this regard on Monday.

Ration Card Update is allowed only in problem districts:
The ration card update has not been extended to all districts. Allowance has been given to the respective districts in which server was a problem during the amendment. The food department said that the time has been extended in view of the request for more time for BPL and APL card correction.
The date has been extended only for the districts which were allowed in the 2nd and 3rd phase for ration card amendment. Now update available for servers 2 and 3 districts. They can amend at Bangalore One, Karnataka One, Gram One centers on the scheduled dates.

On October 16, 17 and 18 in Bagalkote, Belgavi, Chamarajpet, Chikmagalur, Dakshina Kannada, Dharwad, Gadag, Hassan, Haveri, Kodagu, Mandya, Mysuru, Udupi, Uttara Kannada, Vijayapur districts from 10 AM to 7 PM.
On October 19, 20, 21 in Davangere, Bellary, Bidar, Chikkaballapur, Chitradurga, Kalaburagi, Kolar, Koppal, Raichur, Ramanagara, Shivamogga, Tumkur, Yadgiri, Vijayanagar districts, correction is allowed from 10 am to 7 pm.
