Power outages in many areas of Bengaluru city from today (October 24) to Friday (October 27). Power supply companies including Bengaluru Power Supply Company (BESCOM) and Karnataka Power Supply Corporation Limited (KPTCL) are carrying out power works in some areas and there will be power disruptions.

October 25-27, Wednesday to Friday: Chandralayout 80 Feet Road, 1st & 2nd Phase, Palike Soudha, Jyotinagar, Income Tax Layout, Basaveshwar Layout.

Karnataka: BMTC Buses Runs To Different Districts Of The State

It has been decided to run Bengaluru Metropolitan Transport Corporation (BMTC) along with additional Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) buses as there are many holidays due to Dasara. BMTC buses are being used for passenger traffic control in KSRTC buses. In this background, BMTC buses will travel to different districts of the state for three days.

Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) has come up with a new plan for the convenience of passengers on the occasion of Dasara. Starting special buses between different towns to cater to the needs of passengers across the state. Additionally, KSRTC buses have been released for state and inter-state routes this Dussehra.

However, as the number of passengers is increasing, arrangements have been made to ply KSRTC and BMTC buses to other districts of the state. In the background of Ayudha Puja on October 23 and Vijayadashami on October 24, people have moved from Bengaluru to other districts. Therefore, on October 21, 22 and 23, BMTC buses will ply to various districts for the convenience of passengers.

Along with this, BMTC buses, which were limited to Bengaluru for so long, will now go to different districts of the state. As per the decision of the meeting held at KSRTC on October 10, BMTC buses have been instructed to run. Based on KSRTC’s request, BMTC has decided to run buses to outer districts as well.
