Hardik Pandya almost out from World Cup 2023: A 33-year-old player to replace him

Team India star all-rounder Hardik Pandya was injured during the match against Bangladesh, which forced him to sit out of the match against New Zealand. Now the next match will be played against England on October 29 Sunday. According to some sources, Pandya is out of that match as well. India registered their 5th win in a row after winning the match against New Zealand last day.

The upcoming match will be held at Lucknow ground, and if India wins, it is almost certain to enter the semi-finals. But will Hardik Pandya recover before this clash? Some report says that Hardik Panya need Some more week to recover But BCCI said that Hardik Pandya is currently undergoing treatment at the National Cricket Academy (NCA) in Bengaluru. The BCCI said there are no plans to announce a replacement as the all-rounder is expected to be fit for the England match.

“It’s just a sprain and nothing serious. He should be available for selection in the Lucknow match,” a BCCI official confirmed. According to some sources, if Hardik Pandya is out of the next match, Mohammad Shami will be brought in as his replacement. The committee is also likely to take a similar decision. Because not only did Shami play brilliantly against New Zealand, he also took 5 wickets and set a record.
