Report says that Shubman Gill's Blood platelets count decreased. He has been admitted to a hospital in Chennai as a precautionary measure. The BCCI said on Monday that Shubman Gill has not traveled to Delhi with the team as he is yet to recover.

Team India’s young promising player Shubman Gill is suffering from dengue fever and now he has been admitted to the hospital. Sources said Shubman Gill was admitted to a hospital in Chennai due to blood platelet down.

Report says that Shubman Gill’s Blood platelets count decreased. He has been admitted to a hospital in Chennai as a precautionary measure. The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) medical team is also monitoring him.
The BCCI said on Monday that Shubman Gill has not traveled to Delhi with the team as he is yet to recover.

Shubman Gill out from league match:

According to another source, there is a high possibility that Shubman Gill will be out of most of the league matches of the World Cup. Because a dengue affected person needs at least three weeks of time to fully recover. So it is doubtful that he will play in the league match.
