Report says that Shubman Gill's Blood platelets count decreased. He has been admitted to a hospital in Chennai as a precautionary measure. The BCCI said on Monday that Shubman Gill has not traveled to Delhi with the team as he is yet to recover.
Team India’s young promising player Shubman Gill is suffering from dengue fever and now he has been admitted to the hospital. Sources said Shubman Gill was admitted to a hospital in Chennai due to blood platelet down.
Report says that Shubman Gill’s Blood platelets count decreased. He has been admitted to a hospital in Chennai as a precautionary measure. The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) medical team is also monitoring him.
The BCCI said on Monday that Shubman Gill has not traveled to Delhi with the team as he is yet to recover.
He was expected to be rested and available for the match against Pakistan. But now it is said that it is difficult for him to be available for the Ahmedabad match as Gill is hospitalized.

Shubman Gill, the right-handed opener who is Team India’s outer hope, has been in excellent form for the past one year.
