RCB vs LSG strongest playing XI for IPL 2022 Eliminator

RCB vs LSG: Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) will face Royal Challengers Bangalore in the IPL 2022 Eliminator today (May 25) at the Eden Gardens in Kolkata. Both teams will look to take another step towards the qualification as the winner of this game will take on Rajasthan Royals in the second qualifier that is scheduled to be played at Narendra Modi stadium in Ahmedabad. RCB, on the other hand, needs to get their game right.

Though RCB beat LSG earlier in the season, heading into this game, they look the more potent of the two sides. Unlike Qualifier 1, the losing team will not get a second chance and will be knocked out of the competition. Both teams will be heading into this knockout clash having won their respective last league matches. Lucknow Super Giants underwent three changes in the last game.

They gave Manan Vohra a game along with the return of Krishnappa Gowtham and Evin Lewis in the side. Gowtham will surely make way for Krunal Pandya who was sidelined in the last game due to a niggle. However, there is no certainty over the spots of Evin Lewis and Manan Vohra who didn’t get to bat but Lewis’ incredible catch was definitely something out of this world.

Will Lewis keep his place in the eleven, May be he will. Will Dushmantha Chameera return to the eleven for Evin Lewis, Seems unlikely to happen. However, Krunal Pandya’s return to the eleven is almost confirmed. Although RCB had some luck to qualify, many feel the club is capable of defeating any opponent on its day.

Irfan Pathan noted that RCB’s recent performance in the league stages makes them a dangerous club that cannot be underestimated. “RCB are playing Eliminator for the third consecutive time in the TATA IPL.
