In this IPL 2023 auction, RCB franchise bought England pacer Reece Topley for Rs 1.9 crore. Accordingly, Topli, who played his first IPL match against Mumbai Indians, scored 14 runs in 2 overs and took 1 wicket. But while fielding in this match, Topley suffered a serious injury to his shoulder. He left the IPL 2023 halfway through due to the seriousness of the injury.

Reece Topley said on social media that he has undergone surgery for a shoulder injury in England. RCB fans who have now reacted to Topli’s photo, wished him a speedy recovery. Also, some fans hope that you will play for RCB next year as well.

Reece Topley has been ruled out of IPL 2023, and South African left-arm pacer Wayne Parnell has been selected in his place.  Similarly, Rajat Patidar has also been left out of the team due to ankle pain and has been replaced by Karnataka speedster Vaishakh Vijayakumar.

Although the RCB team had a good start in this IPL, they lost in the 2nd and 3rd matches. Now in the 4th match to be held on Saturday, RCB will face the Delhi Capitals team, and RCB is determined to return to the winning streak by winning this match.
