WPL 2024 Auction: The second edition of the Women’s Premier League (WPL 2024) continues to be a hotly contested affair, with the Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) franchise bagging three star players early on. RCB Buys 3 players early in Auction: Karnataka player get Rs 1.3 Crore.

The Royal Challengers Bangalore franchise initially managed to rope in Australian-born all-rounder Georgia Warem for Rs 40 lakh. After this, RCB managed to get England’s fast bowler Kate Cross under wing for a base price of Rs 30 lakh. After this, the RCB franchise managed to attract Team India’s veteran spinner Ekta Bisht for Rs 60 lakh.

Jackpot for Karnataka Vrinda Dinesh:

Karnataka all-rounder Vrinda Dinesh, who had a base price of only 10 lakhs, has hit the jackpot in the Women’s Premier League this time and after many competitions, She has been part of the UP Warriors team for Rs 1.30 crore. It turned out to be the surprise bidding in this edition of the WPL 2024 auction.
