That gave the Afghanistan team a tough target of 213 runs. Three years later he equaled the record of Ricky Ponting (71 centuries) by completing his 71st century.

Kohli dedicates century to his wife, daughter: Speaking after the century, Virat Kohli said, “I am blessed, grateful. The last two and a half years have taught me many lessons. I will be turning 34 soon. So this century is very special for me. This century is dedicated to my wife Anushka and I dedicate it to his daughter Vamika,” he said.
