Cricketer Axar Patel Wedding: Team India all-rounder got married quietly

Akshar Patel tied the knot with his long-time girlfriend Meha Patel on Thursday (January 26). The couple tied the knot at an event held in Vadodara in the presence of close friends and relatives. There is a lot of buzz about marriage in the cricket world. Earlier, Team India’s vice captain KL Rahul and Bollywood actress Athiya Shetty got married. Akshar Patel got married to his long time girlfriend Meha Patel on Thursday (January 26). The couple tied the knot at an event held in Vadodara in the presence of close friends and relatives. Meha, who is a dietician, is also an animal lover. Some players of Team India and Gujarat were involved in this wedding.

Both Akshar Patel and Meha Patel have known each other for a long time. Akshar-Meha got engaged a year ago, as per Gujarati custom. A video of Akshar and Meha Patel’s dance moves going viral on social media during the wedding celebrations. The couple looks very cute.

Akshar Patel has been ruled out of the ongoing India-New Zealand limited overs series due to marriage. He had sought permission from the BCCI to take a break from the series against the Kiwis. Akshar will be back on the field in February. Axar Patel, who made his Test debut against England in 2021, made his ODI debut in 2014 and took 47 wickets in just 8 Test matches. Having taken 56 wickets in ODIs and 37 wickets in T20Is, this all-rounder has also done amazing things with the bat.
