Karnataka Election Big Twist: MP DK Suresh has filed nomination papers for the Kanakpura Assembly constituency as a Congress candidate. DK Shivakumar had already submitted his nomination paper from Kanakapura constituency. Now today (April 20) DK Suresh has also submitted his nomination.

KPCC president has represented from Kanakapura constituency. This time also he had filed his nomination papers earlier on April 17, along with thousands of activists. However, today his brother DK Suresh has also submitted his nomination papers from Kanakapura constituency as a Congress candidate, which is a cause of curiosity also surprising.

It is known that DK Suresh has also submitted his nomination to Kanakapur Assembly Constituency Election Officer Santhosh as a precaution against the possible rejection of DK Shivakumar’s nomination. Earlier this morning DK Suresh had announced that he would file his nomination. However, he kept it a secret as to which constituency he was going to submit his nomination papers.

In this background, it was said that DK Suresh Kumar will file his nomination for the Padmanabhanagar constituency in Bangalore. R Ashok was fielded by BJP from Kanakapur, and in return, Congress also discussed DK Suresh against Ashok in Padmanabhanagar. However, it may be recalled here that Raghunath Naidu submitted his nomination paper as the official candidate of the Congress at the last moment.
