Sharmila Mandre is in High Court Hardship!

Bangaluru: Sandalwood actress Sharmila Mandre’s car accident case is taking turns day by day. On one hand, along with the police investigation, the High Court has gone to the extent of demanding action by a lawyer and Sharmila is in trouble.

Actress Sharmila Mandre went on a jolly ride with her friends despite the lock-down order, after which her car crashed.It was revealed that Sharmila Mandre had accompanied a party with former minister’s son in the wake of the incident.

A complaint has been lodged against actress and Lokesh who was in the car at High Grounds police station in the wake of the car accident.

On the other hand, a lawyer has gone to the High Court to take action against Sharmila immediately after a police inquiry was held
Attorney Geeta Mishra has appealed to the High Court to direct the filing of a Disaster Management Act-2005 against actress Sharmila Mandre.

Sharmila Mandre’s car accident has caused many suspicions after the car got an emergency pass. Actress Sharmila Mandre is now accused of violating the lock-down order and misusing the pass.
A case has been registered against Sharmila for violating Section 187, 134B, 279, 337 of the Motor Vehicle Act. Actress Sharmila Mandre is now guaranteed to get into trouble under the court’s Disaster Management Act.
