Republic of Seychelles Wins the battle against Deadly Corona!! Airline services to resumes from June 1

Victoria: Corona is spreading her wings around the world. The world’s richest countries with the most advanced health care facilities have not been able to keep the deadliest virus in control.

But the little island, Republic of Seychelles has won the battle against deadly virus. Seychelles is an island in the Indian Ocean near the continent of Africa.

A large number of Indians and Sri Lankan nationals live here. Seychelles got its independence from the United Kingdom in the year 1976, Seychelles is a tiny nation of 115 group of islands.

Seychelles is also a major tourist attraction, attracting the attention of the world for its natural beauty. Millions of people visit Seychelles every year to enjoy the beauty of hundreds of beaches.

Despite being a small island nation, Seychelles has gained world attention for tourism today. With a population of about 1 lakh (91,000), the Seychelles are victorious in the battle of Corona Pandemic.

Deadly pandemic was also reported in the Seychelles when coronavirus appeared in many countries around the world. 11 people in the island have succumbed to the Corona Pandemic. The Republic of Seychelles was alarmed as the Corona infection began to appear.

Precautionary measures were taken by the Lockdown Order. Thus, coronavirus is not as prevalent in Seychelles.

On April 5, a person was hospitalized in the wake of Corona, followed by no new Corona cases in Seychelles. Among the 11 people who were infected with Corona virus, six were already discharged from the hospital.

The remaining 5 are being treated in hospital. Seychelles Republican President Danny Faure is ready to announce the withdrawal of the lockdown, if there are no new Corona cases until May 3. He also thanked the Seychelles residents who strictly abided by the lockdown order.

The President of the Republic of Seychelles, Danny Faure, has already held a discussion with physician Jude Gedeon and his team to revoke the lockdown order in the Seychelles. In view of a public health emergency, the lockdown restriction has been cleared.

If no new Corona case is found until May 3, people will be allowed to walk free on May 4. The funeral service and religious activities will be conducted with the guidance of the Department of Health. At the third stage it is likely to accommodate shops open until 8pm.

Once it is convinced that everything is going well, more services will be launched, and construction companies will resume their work.

From May 11, all post – secondary institutions, including A-Levels, Guy Morel Institute and the University of Seychelles, will be set up to provide childcare services and provide health care to children.

Also, the plan is to open schools from May 18 that are closed due to Corona crisis, hence primary and high schools will resume its schedule.

Flight service from June 1st:

The airline is scheduled to start operating from June 1 to provide health services. Initially, only commercial flights would fly.

Foreign airline services will begin later, allowing them to travel abroad and return home. Seychelles are also accessible by cargo shifters. Not only that, but sports activities will resume. Air Seychelles will also fly Seychelles residents in India and Sri Lanka to return home. Thus, the residents of Seychelles are left with a sigh of relief.

Together, the island nation has won the battle against the pandemic by strict measures. The measures taken in the Seychelles are similar to other countries now.
