Schools and colleges will not open till September. Do you know the recommendations of the UGC Committee?

New Delhi: Coronavirus infections are increasing day by day. The lock-down of the Corona barrier has had a serious impact on current academic activities. It is doubtful that in all but three months the educational campaign will begin. This is why the UGC (Universities Grants Commission) recommends not opening colleges till September.

Currently, there is no secondary PUC (English), SSLC, Degree Examination and Entrance Test for Professional Courses in the wake of Corona Lockdown. Educational institutions are completely bundled. Maintaining social distance is also a difficult task in the current situation in schools and colleges.

Graduate students have semester classes standing in half. Also, one day disturbing statements about tests are coming out. There are also plans to start graduate classes from July. In the meantime, the UGC Committee has made several recommendations on when to conduct current line tests.

The university’s degree examination and higher education centres are expected to start by September. Thus, for the control of Corona, examinations of the SSLC, PUC and Professional Courses are likely to take place in July or August, suggesting that it is advisable to conduct academic activities only after the Corona issue is resolved.

A committee was set up to report on academic issues that could have an impact on Corona’s background in the academic year. The committee has now issued its report and the committee has been advised to conduct the online classes and take necessary basic facilities.
