One Covid-19 positive case found in Rashtrapati Bhavan,125 familes put in self-isolation

New Delhi: After one positive case of coronavirus was found in Rashtrapati Bhavan, 125 families have been advised to remain in self-isolation as per the Union Health Ministry’s guidelines, according to sources.

Till now, over 2000 people have tested positive for coronavirus in Delhi.

As per the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, the total number of coronavirus cases in India is 17,656, of which 14,255 are active cases and 2,842 have recovered. As many as 559 deaths have been reported so far.

With 1,336 fresh coronavirus cases reported in India in past 24 hours, the total number of cases in India has gone up to 18601, according to the latest data from Ministry of Health.

The death toll from Covid-19 has risen to 590 after 47 casualties were reported in 24 hours. And at present, there are 14759 active coronavirus patients in the country. Health Ministry data showed that 3251 people who had been infected with conoravirus have recovered.
