Massive fire mishaps at plastic godown in Bangalore

Bengaluru: A fire accident has cost millions of rupees. The incident in which valuables caught fire took place at a plastic godown near Pramod Layout in Nayandahalli. Massive fire mishaps at plastic godown in Bangalore.

The fire hit godown during the night and luckily there was no loss of life. The three-acre plastic godown was completely covered in flames and thick smoke covered it. More than ten fire engines (Fire Department) reached the spot and succeeded in bringing the fire under control.

Plastic items and more than four goods vehicles in Godown were burnt and estimated loss of Rs. 50 lakhs. Godown workers fell asleep there and did not notice the fire. BBMP representatives who were went working place and warned the workers. The severity of the disaster has been reduced by removing the gas cylinders inside.

Earlier, the locals had opposed the construction of Godown. However, people have again turned against the BBMP, which had given permission. Byatarayanapura station police visited the place and checked.
