There has been a sudden increase in cases of phlegm, nausea, vomiting, throat irritation, fever, joint pain, dysentery. The infection usually lasts five to seven days. Fever subsides within three days. However, the cough only lasts for three weeks.

According to the National Center for Disease Control, it is caused by the H3N2 influenza virus(H3N2 influenza virus) will occur, the medical association said in the message. Due to influenza and other viruses, it is normal to experience seasonal colds, phlegm and other health problems between October and February.

It is more common in people above 50 years of age and below 15 years of age. In this case, along with fever, people also have respiratory problems. The medical association said that increased air pollution also leads to this.

These types of health problems should be treated based on the symptoms. But now people are taking antibiotics. More doses are taken for quick recovery without caring about the dose. This should be stopped as it can lead to antibiotic resistance. Otherwise, antibiotics may not work when they are really needed in the future, the association warned.

Antibiotics like amoxicillin, norfloxacin, ciprofloxacin, ofloxacin, levofloxacin are increasingly being used. Its side effects have already been noticed. The medical association said that people and doctors need to be very careful about this.
