Punjab National Bank Recruitment: Last date of application is February 22
Punjab National Bank (PNB) has launched the recruitment process for the post of Internal Ombudsman. Interested and eligible candidates can apply by visiting the official website pnbindia.in. The last date for submitting applications is February 22, 2025.
Punjab National Bank Recruitment Application fee:
Candidates are required to pay a non-refundable application fee of Rs 2,000.
Selection procedure:
The selection will be based on a personal interview conducted either online or, in person. The bank may choose the selection process based on the number and scope of applications submitted, the official notice mentioned. Candidates will be shortlisted based on their qualifications, experience, and suitability for interviews. Shortlisted candidates will go through a selection process.

Relevant documents in support of educational qualification
Candidates serving in Government/quasi-government offices/ Public Sector Undertakings (including Nationalised Banks and Financial Institutions) are required to produce a “No Objection Certificate” from their employer at the time of interview.
Relevant documents in support of the work experience declared (including appointment letter, salary slip, experience certificate, relieving letter etc.), awards and recognition.

Salary:
Selected candidates would be paid a set monthly salary of Rs 1.75 lakh for the duration of their employment, subject to any applicable tax deductions. Selected candidates will be granted a total of 12 days of leave every year, with a maximum of four consecutive days permitted at a time.
Unused leave cannot be carried over to the next year, and there will be no provision for leave encashment. Working hours will be consistent with regular banking hours, with the exception of the second and fourth Saturdays and holidays designated by the NI Act.
