Speaking at a program held at Ilakal in Bagalkote district, CM Bommai said that this time it has been decided to provide free education to PUC and graduate students. He said that 4 lakh students will be given free bus pass. CM Bommai had announced in the budget that students who get admission in government PUC and degree colleges will get admission in colleges without any fee.

In this year’s budget, free education from PUC to graduation, free bus pass facility for working girls has been announced in the interest of which children should not stop their education due to financial condition. He said that if the working class, girls and youth are empowered, their purchasing power will increase and this will bring change.

A grant of Rs 28 thousand crores has been given for various irrigation projects by giving high priority to the irrigation sector.
