The High Court has once again rejected the plea of the Union of State Private Unaided Schools to postpone the board level examinations to be held from March 27 for classes 5 and 8 in the Karnataka. Karnataka Class 5th and 8th public Exam: High Court made big announcement.

The state government’s appeal filed by Justice G Narender and Justice Ashok S Kinagi, who filed a single -member bench to cancel the circular on board examination, has been heard by the state government’s lawyers for the hearing of the state -owned private schools.

As per the interim direction issued by the Division Bench of the High Court, for Class 5th and 8th exam.The state primary education department has decided to conduct the board exam on 27th. Challenging the High Court order, private schools and parents of children of private schools have filed an appeal in the Supreme Court.

The Supreme Court has announced that it will hold the hearing on March 27. Therefore, as the examination and hearing are on the same day, they requested to postpone the examination. Since the Supreme Court is in the jurisdiction, the High Court is not in a position to pass any decision on the petition. Thus, the High Court said that the government cannot be directed to postpone the examination.
