Karnataka Class 5th, 8th, 9th Result: Supreme Court made big announcement

The Supreme Court has issued an order invalidating the results of the board examination conducted for the students of class 5, 8 and 9 in the year 2023-24 in the state. However, the education department is in trouble after announcing the result. Although the Supreme Court has already withheld the results, some schools have declared the results.

However, now the parents are also facing difficulties on the basis of which the children should be admitted to the next class in view of the court order that the result is invalid. Yes, the students, parents, schools, educational institutions and the education department are also in trouble due to the board examination conducted for the students of class 5, 8, 9 of the year 2023-24.

Amidst the confusion whether the board exam should be conducted or not, the board exam conducted by the government is the reason why everyone is in trouble. Like every year, children used to write exams at the end of the academic year and get admission to the next class. However, they are in trouble due to the government’s decision and the Supreme Court’s order.

Education department has already given summer vacation to schools across the state. Some schools have declared the result. The Supreme Court said that the declared result is invalid. Due to this, the education department is confused as to which marks should be considered for the next academic year.

Children’s school change is also a problem. Even if the parents ask them to send transfer certificate (TC) to enroll their children in another school, this is becoming a problem. Only the Education Department has not given any information about taking any action in this regard. Parents are also confused.

However, the officials of the education department are saying that they cannot re-examine the students. Summer vacation has already been given to the students and on the other hand the Lok Sabha elections are going on. Thus, the education department, which is confused about the exam results. TC also does not allow children to join from one school to another. Thus, the parents are struggling without getting the progress card report of the children.

The government should announce the decision regarding the results of the children. Earlier SA-1 SA-2 test was conducted in the school. Do you give marks based on that? The education department should give clear information about that. Already children and parents are confused. Chidanand, a member of the parent organization, urged the government to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
